Alex Jones (CSFA) and founder of Evolve Surgical Associates, bringing extensive operating room experience and leadership in surgical support services. With academic training in both Biological Sciences and Psychology, Alex combines clinical precision with a strong understanding of surgical team dynamics.
He has assisted in a wide range of complex procedures, including robotic, orthopedic, neuro-spine, and plastic surgery, and holds multiple certifications in the da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system. Known for his ability to anticipate surgeon needs and maintain efficient OR workflow, Alex is committed to providing dependable, highly skilled surgical support.
He founded Evolve Surgical Associates to deliver the level of preparation, communication, and professionalism that surgeons rely on to perform at their best and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Marcel Fisher is a Certified Surgical First Assistant known for his precision, attention to detail, and collaborative approach in the operating room. He supports surgeons across a range of specialties, including colorectal, gynecology, orthopedics, and plastic surgery.
Prior to joining Evolve Surgical Associates, Marcel worked at a high-volume Level I trauma center in South Jersey and has extensive experience assisting in robotic procedures using the da Vinci surgical system.
Nicole Dillard is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) who supports the operational coordination of Evolve Surgical Associates.
Her clinical background includes experience in Level I trauma centers and leading institutions such as Houston Methodist and New York Presbyterian, bringing strong clinical insight and organizational expertise to the surgical practice.
Dr. Homa Iranmanesh, MD, CSA, brings more than 18 years of international surgical experience to Evolve Surgical Associates. With specialized training in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology, she has extensive experience assisting with complex procedures, including laparoscopic and high-risk obstetric surgeries. She also holds certification in da Vinci robotic surgery and has trained with leading minimally invasive surgeons in Atlanta, bringing precision, calm decision-making, and deep surgical knowledge to every case.
Dominique “Cierra” Rowe, MSN, brings a strong clinical and operational background to the Evolve Surgical Associates team. A graduate of Emory University with a Master of Science in Nursing, she has extensive experience in women’s health and perioperative patient care. Cierra’s additional work as a Legal Nurse Consultant has strengthened her expertise in clinical documentation, pathophysiology, and standards of care, allowing her to provide thoughtful, detail-oriented support in the surgical environment.
Dr. Zayn Gerakitis is a physician and Certified Surgical First Assistant with a background in general surgery and extensive experience supporting complex procedures, including OB/GYN, plastic and reconstructive surgery, bariatric, and colorectal cases. She holds an unrestricted medical license in Georgia and provides high-level operative support across multiple hospital and surgical center settings.
